The AUDITOR Data Collection and Report Software System, designed to operate under Windows 95/98/2000 compatible computers, allows a user to collect data from the COPYGUARD AUDITOR Controller and then to process this data for report and conversion purposes.

This software collects the data as recorded by the AUDITOR in ASCII Format and stores it on the PC. 

The AUDITOR report system produces reports showing the copy counts and costs.  These reports are in various formats.

The system allows the user to set up pricing per page based on Machine, Group, and/or Account numbers.

Data from the AUDITOR is collected either by a laptop or by unplugging the AUDITOR from the copier and connecting, with the supplied cable, to a PC.
