Product Application The CM10ME is used to track by card the use of office equipment in debit and access control environments. The CM10ME is generally employed in Schools and Universities, for the use by students, staff and faculty in pre-pay, budget, grant control and charge back applications. Functional Overview The CM10ME is a transaction logging terminal. Users insert a ChipCard to identify the user who has taken the copies. The cards can be protected with a numeric PIN code to protect against unauthorized use. The terminal also logs the date and time of all transactions. The CM10ME can operate in stand-alone mode with data being collected at regular intervals on a laptop or by polling through a dedicated network connection. The powerful ChipNet back office software collates data and allows the operator to report against card usage, users and groups.
