The CM242000   Data Collection and Report Software System, designed to operate under Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/98/2000 compatible computers, allows a user to collect data from the CopyGuard CM24 Controller and then to process this data for report and conversion purposes.

The CM24 terminal records the copy counts received from a copier.  The user has the ability to specify up to three fields of entry (User, CLIENT, and Matter) to record the counts against. CM242000 software collects the data as recorded by the CM24 and stores it on the PC.

The CM242000 software produces reports showing the copy counts and costs.  These reports are in various formats: e.g., by CLIENT Number, by User Number, Etc.

The system allows the user to set up pricing per page based on CLIENT numbers.

The file created from the EXPORT procedure of the CM24 Collection/Report software is a standard ASCII file in a comma delimited format.  With this standard format, the file can be used for input to many accounting packages (See Transition Software) as well as spreadsheet programs such as LOTUS 1-2-3 and EXCEL.
