Frank, with a technical background in software from his silicon valley days of the 60's and 70's (he developed the first multi-terminal word processing systems in the industry), keeps a close control on the technical aspects of the COPYGUARD® product line. Frank is a very available executive who is most willing to talk to dealers and end users about their needs in the office environment. |

As manager/owner of COPYGUARD® since 1989, Victor's responsibilities include day-to-day personal support of copier dealers and OEM sales efforts. By using his vast experience in both major accounts and down the street sales, he is able to help your sales reps close your office system sales at the highest possible profit margins. |

Bill is responsible for on going development of sales support materials, national advertising, and working directly with office products dealers nationwide to develop customer presentations. Bill is dedicated to helping office products dealers improve their business with COPYGUARD® products.
Over the past ten years, Bill has led the development of the VendGuard™ Supply Management Program. VendGuard has delivered millions of dollars of savings to industry throughout North America to hundreds of companies. Over the years he has personally installed and supervised the installation of thousands of segment 1 – 6 copier installations. Dave also brings extensive computer skills to the job. He is uniquely well qualified to help with technical service problems with regards to all phases of COPYGUARD® equipment including our many new network products. Most recently Dave has received factory training on our new automated vending programs. What ever technical questions you might have, Dave will answer them or promptly get the answer for you. |
