AuditorME ^ä

TheCopyguardâ  AuditorME ä records usage information from copiers, microfiche reader printers and digital duplicators.  Specific harnesses are available to adapt to almost every equipment model for fast installation.  The AuditorME ä is perfect for anyone who wants to accurately manage usage for their operations and projects.  The AuditorME ä  reports  up to 10,000 account/user numbers up to ten digits long and will identify 100 departmental groups.  The AuditorME ä offers several options for recovering stored data.  Simply view the large display screen, print the reports on the Copyguardâ Plus Printer or purchase our print cable to print on most office printers that have an RS232 Serial port.  You may also purchase the Auditorä Data Collection Software to download your  information to your PC.  Data may be collected from numerous AuditorME ä ‘s and consolidated into a system-wide report.

Easy Report Printing – use most office printers (with our AuditorME ä Print Cable) with an RS 232 serial port; or an optional portable printer is available. Absolute Page Count – the AuditorME ä counts every page made, even those that have been cleared for the account list prior to report printing.  This ensures 100% accountability of all activity.  High security – with the maximum “user access attempts” feature, the possibility of unauthorized users tampering with the AuditorME ä  to gain access is eliminated.  The “Conceal Number” feature enhances complete system security. Limit Capability – a limit may be set on the number of pages that may be made to ensure appropriate use of the copier.  Limits may be set for: user, group, each run length and/or total machine volume. 2 Line Display – the large, 2 line, 16 character display provides complete, easy to understand user and supervisor information. Override Feature – allows the unit to be set in an “open” mode when account tracking is not required.  All activity in the override mode is recorded and listed on the report. By-Pass Plug – allows system separation for uninterrupted service.  For maximum convenience and privacy during programming, Copyguard’sâ  unique by-pass plug allows you to move the AuditorME ä  to your work station or PC for downloading the data.
