As a stand alone unit or networked, the CM30 ^TM offers ease of use and functions with a variety of unique features. "Fast Find" allows the user to quickly scroll through the account list for ready reference. Reports from the CM30^TM may be printed via Copyguard's^®  Plus Printer or most 25 pin RS232 serial port printers. With the addition of the CM30/Smart Track software, data may be managed via its own network. A variety of customized reports are available. In addition, Copyguard offers custom Transition Software which will directly interface with the professional firm’s time and billing software.

Transaction data from the CM30^TM may be electronically transferred to and from a PC or laptop via a com port. In addition, every transaction has a time and date stamp, plus three memory fields recording user, client and job/matter numbers.  The CM30 ^TM has a unique standby display showing the percentage of memory remaining.
